What age group is the MiAi product range for?
The MiAi range is designed for kids aged 3 years and up. Our products exist to provide your child with interactive companions that supports their emotional, cognitive, and social development, making learning and growth an enjoyable journey.
Are the MiAi products safe for children?
Yes! The MiAi range is built with child-safe materials and they all come with volume limits, parental controls, and safe browsing features to give parents peace of mind. Each MiAi Chatbot is also pre-programmed with a parental password (included in the instruction booklet) and set to a default age of 3+, ensuring he only responds in age-appropriate ways. That means no inappropriate content, just safe, fun, and engaging play.

Yes, Buddy & Tilly require an internet connection for streaming shows, downloading updates, and using interactive features. When you’re out and about, they can stay connected by linking to a mobile hotspot from a parent’s phone, so the fun never stops on the go!
